Alessandro Riganti is the new Country Manager of D-Link Italia

D-Linka global leader in networking and connectivity technologies, announces the arrival of Alessandro Riganti with the role of Country Manager Italy.

Who is Alessandro Riganti, the new Country Manager Italy of D-Link Italia

The role will see Alessandro Riganti engaged in continue the growth of the businesswith particular attention to the range of offers aimed at businesses.

Appointment made official a January 2023Riganti thus expands the presence of D-Link in Italy and proactively contributes to the consolidation of the company’s competitive position on the Italian market.

Riganti’s resume boasts beyond 20 years of experience in developing new international businesseswith particular attention to Hi-Tech and Telco companies.

Indeed, after the achievement of the Master in Business Management e Leadership (24H Business School), from 2001 to 2010 he worked in Pirelli Cables e Systems on APAC markets, Russia e CSI and later into Pirelli Broadband Solutions.

In 2010 it was Key Account Manager Eastern Europe, ME and Italy for the Advance Digital Broadcast (ADB) groupwhere he had the opportunity to collaborate with D-Link for the realization of joint projects.

“Taking on the responsibility of Country Manager in D-Link for Italy is a source of great pride for me and it is a confirmation of the passion and great commitment I have made in the past years by pushing the brand’s products and services but operating from the outside” , he has declared Alessandro Riganti, who continues: “It is at the same time also a challenge to raise the brand to an even more prominent level on the Italian market, attacking new market segments and consolidating already loyal areas.

2023 promises to be a complex year for the entire consumer electronics sector, we will face it by focusing on the concept of profitability and starting from our people, from the professionalism of the Italian team with the aim of putting customers and our core back at the center business, reducing those distances that the pandemic period has bequeathed to us.”

The challenges of the near future

Although Riganti’s journey in D-Link has just begun, a series of activities are already planned to ensure a greater presence of the team in the area, such as the participation in the DIDACTA-SmartBuilding EDU fair in March and in the Smart Building Expo in November.
