Mark Gurmanamong the leakers of Bloomberg more reliable in terms of products Appledrafted all the products and software that will be launched at the WorldWide Developers Conference (WWDC) of June 5, 2023. Here’s what it’s all about.
According to Gurman, who we remember is among the most reliable leakers when it comes to future Apple products, the company will present these new features at WWDC 2023:
Gurman states that i mixed reality headsetsi.e. augmented and virtual reality, will be the main protagonists of WWDC 2023. According to him, the reason why the Cupertino company wants to unveil the Reality Pros at WWDC is to guarantee developers a sufficient amount of time to create software and apps that the headset will be able to take advantage of before its official debut expected in the fall.
Since there will be no new iPads launched in June, Gurman’s view is on launching new MacBooks. Indeed, Apple is working on a MacBook Air 15 inchand MacBook Air 13 inch updated and a new MacBook Pro 13 inch, and at least some of these new laptops will be announced at WWDC in June, according to Mark Gurman. Probably they will not feature the M3 chip from Apple and will instead be powered by processors “in line with” the M2 chip.
In addition, the Cupertino company expects the release of at least two new Mac Studio models, but Gurman sees it tough in their release within the month of June. Not much is known about it, but we do know that the Mac Studio e lo Studio Display they came out in March 2022. The high-end desktop computer is available with Apple’s M1 Max and M1 Ultra chips. The high-end Mac Studio with the M1 Ultra chip is currently the fastest Mac ever released.
Mediaworld: Super Outlet Discounts!
As for the introduction of the new operating systems, Gurman says there won’t be huge news. The most important novelty will therefore be the possibility of having alternative app stores on iPhone and iPadwith Apple forced to do so due to the new European rules.
It is not clear whether this novelty will be limited only to the market in Europe or will still arrive all over the world. Finally, Gurman adds that iPadOS 17 it will apparently “lay the groundwork” for future iPad Pro models that will use OLED displays, without providing further details.
The situation is different with regard to the update for Apple Watches. watchOS 10 it could be “the biggest Apple Watch software update since the introduction of the first version in 2015”.
According to Gurman, watchOS 10 will therefore be the biggest update ever seen in the history of Apple Watches, with tons of improvements and a completely updated interface. The journalist, however, did not provide further details in his article, in which he illustrated all the news mentioned above.
