App Io: donations to Ukraine open, here’s how

The emergency in Ukraine also touched theapp I, which we have long since learned to use due to the Green Pass. The Public Administration has in fact decided to activate the possibility of making donations to the Ukrainian population, in order to demonstrate solidarity and provide concrete support to all those who are living in uncertainty due to the conflict.

Io app for Ukraine: donations open

As stated in the press release through which the news was disseminated, this initiative was carried out thanks to a collaboration between public bodies and PagoPA SPA Here are the details:

“This functionality is part of the initiative created by PagoPA SpA, with the support of the Minister for technological innovation and digital transition, Vittorio Colao, which sees the participation of the Italian Red Cross, AVSI Foundation, Soleterre Onlus Foundation and Save the Children, among the realities on the front line in providing assistance to civilian victims “.

Making a donation in any way is very simple, once you open the application you just need to log in via SPID or with the Electronic Identity Card and press on a blue box with a heart icon. At this point it will be possible to choose the specific body to which to donate your donation from a plethora of different associations such as Save the Children.

After choosing the association, simply select the amount to donate to complete the operation. For all the relevant information, we direct you to the official portal of the Io app, where you will find all the information you need to complete the operation, if you are interested.
