Apple Fitness + arrives in Italy

From today it arrives in Italy Apple Fitness+, the Apple training service that takes advantage of data collected by Apple Watch and shows exercises and workouts by experts. In addition to our country, the service reaches 14 other countries. And it can also be included as part of the all-inclusive subscription Apple One Premier.

Apple’s training service has been very successful in the United States, because it implements the highlight of the Apple health offering: Apple Watch. In fact, the data collected by your smartwatch will be integrated into the training you are watching on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV. When the coach tells you to check the heart rate, you can do it in a second.
