The new chip M2 Pro announced by Apple allows you to carry the workflows of professionals in a very compact design. There is also support for two monitors on the model with M2 and up to three monitors on the model with M2 Pro Studio Display and Magic accessoriesyou will have everything you need to work.

The M2 chip has a 8-core CPU with four high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores and a 10-core GPU. In addition, you will find up to 24GB of unified memory and 100GBps of memory bandwidth: truly excellent productivity, starting at 729 euros.
The M2 model promises to handle up to two streams of 8K ProRes 422 video at 30fps, or up to 12 streams of 4K ProRes 422 video at 30fps. Compared to the Intel Core 7 Mac mini, it promises to deliver Final Cut Pro nearly ten times faster.
The M2 Pro chip model boasts a Up to 12-core CPUs with eight high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores, plus one Up to 19-core GPU, M2 Pro chip boasts 200GBps of memory bandwidth (twice that of the M2 chip) and supports up to 32GB of memory. Compared to the last generation M1, transcoding ProRes files becomes up to 4.2x faster in Final Cut Pro.
The connections are also excellent: the model M2 has two Thunderbolt 4 and two monitors, the M2 Pro model goes up to four Thunderbolt 4 and supports three monitors (even a monitor in 8k!). And then you find two USB-A ports, an HDMI port, a Gigabit Ethernet port with a 10GB option and a headphone jack. They are also equipped with WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
