Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: enemy level scaling is coming

Ubisoft’s support continues for the latest chapter in the Assassin’s Creed series: in fact, enemy level scaling will be introduced in Valhalla, so as to allow players to further customize their experience

As we all already know, the series of Assassin’s Creed has undergone an important change of course with the release of Origins, introducing the RPG element and therefore distorting the game formula in some ways. Despite this model that has so far been maintained over the years, it risks being overturned again with the next chapter, Ubisoft continues to support Assassin’s Creed Valhalla with various updates: it was recently announced that in a few days the enemy level scaling, so as to allow players to decide how to face their opponents in Valhalla’s England.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: how enemy level scaling works

The announcement comes from official Twitter profile of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and also reveals on what date enemy level scaling will be introduced. This feature will in fact be part of an update coming next week, to be precise on date July 27. The level scaling option will contain five different options, ranging from “Off”, which is the mode in which the level of the enemies remains the default based on the region they are in, up to “Nightmare”, which will be the most difficult mode ever as the enemies will always be a few levels higher than the player’s.

This option therefore turns out to be a further one difficulty modifier, capable of making all fights a real challenge for survival.
