ASUS: presents the ROG Swift Esports monitor at 500 Hz

ASUS Introduces 500Hz ROG Swift Esports Monitor with E-TN Panel and G-Sync, a Gaming Monitor That Refreshes 500 Times Per Second

In the 2012, ASUS released the first monitor a 144 Hz to the world and we’ve been chasing high refresh rates ever since. From the first display NVIDIA G-SYNC a 240 Hz which was released in 2017al prime display a 360 Hz in 2020, ROG is committed to pushing competitive play to new heights at every opportunity. Now, it’s time for ASUS to announce the ROG Swift 500 Hza revolutionary new gaming monitor that updates itself 500 times per secondfor more movement smooth and fast that you will find in moderns Sport.

ROG Swift 500 Hz: Designed for competitive and intense firefights

In competitive and intense firefightsEvery single millisecondo counts. ROG Swift 500 Hz draws frames more than eight times faster typical displays a 60 Hz in just one second, which means you have a lot more time to give your opponent an edge in esports titles like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant , Overwatch e Rainbow Six Siege.

With super-low response times and unprecedented improvements ininput lagROG Swift 500 Hz is the new benchmark in esports, offering the same competitive advantage that made its predecessor a 360 Hz the official championship display DOTA 2 The International of last year.

ROG Swift 500 Hz features a panel Full HD (1920 × 1080) and 24.1 inwhich allows the GPU to push as many frames as possible. ROG was able to push refresh rates to the limit using the new technology Esports TN (E-TN).

The other half of the secret sauce comes from NVIDIA: with the reflex analyzer of NVIDIA e G-SYNC integrated, gamers can adjust their own settings for the lowest possible input lag without stutter or tear.

You will see each moment as it happenswithout waiting for the screen to refresh, allowing you to make your move before your enemy even sees you coming.

Additionally, with perfectly tuned overdrive values for each portion of the variable refresh rate range, the motion blur is kept to a minimumindependently from framerate you are receiving.

Enhanced vividness mode

Finally, we have a new one Enhanced Vibrance mode, specifically optimized for eSports, integrated into the monitor firmware. This mode allows more light to travel through the LCD crystals, giving colors new levels of vibrancy and allowing you to spot details and highlights that could reveal an enemy’s location.
