ASUS ROG announces the Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe Gaming Keyboard

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has made the purchase of the new gaming keyboard available from today Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe. This is the first wireless model in the popular ROG Strix Scope series.

In addition to one extended connectivity (both USB and 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth), the new model features the entire functionality package typical of the Strix Scope series. So let’s talk about the acclaimed function Quick Toggleil Stealth button and the Extended CTRL. A feature, the latter, that will delight those looking for pinpoint accuracy in FPS titles.

Among the novelties we also find the exclusive ones ROG RX optical-mechanical switches which, in addition to absolute precision, offer an unparalleled typing feeling.

All the features of the new ASUS ROG gaming keyboard

The new Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe features a tri-mode connectivity. This means that it will be possible to connect it in three different ways. In particular: 2.4 GHz RF mode (low latency, up to 76 hours even with active RGB lighting), Bluetooth (up to three devices at the same time) and through canonical wiring USB.

The absence of latency is guaranteed by the ROG RX Red optical-mechanical switches, which guarantee rapid and accurate activation. From a technical point of view these switches offer a 1.5mm actuation point with an initial force of 40gf (which means the keys will never be accidentally pressed). Force can go up to 55gf, for perfect rebound feedback. The switches are also integrated with a lighting Centralized RGBwhich spreads out from the center of the key.

The compact design is guaranteed by the shape TKL (o tenkeyless), which takes up minimal desk space. The result is therefore a greater area available for the hand controlling the mouse. A compact design that is also and above all efficient in transport. In this sense, one of the winning features of the new ASUS ROG keyboard is its durability. Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe is in fact built with sturdy aluminum alloy structure with sandblasted finish.

The most demanding gamers can decide to replace the standard keystrokes with PBT keycaps. An operation, this, facilitated by the convenience kit ROG PBT Doubleshot Keycap Set per Switch ROG RX. In general, the user experience is made more pleasant by the sound-absorbing foam for acoustic damping. This is able to reduce the noises caused by pings and internal echoes.
