Bologna Game Farm: get ready to play

Il acceleration path from Bologna Game Farm 2022the new project for the development of the videogame sector, accompanied the creation of 4 vertical video game slices ready to be presented at trade fairs. Their goal? Find a publisher who takes them to the marketing.

The project is promoted by Emilia Romagna region e Municipality of Bolognacoordinated by IncrediBOL! e ART-ERand made in collaboration with IIDEA. Let’s find out all the details together.

Bologna Game Farm 2022, here are the details

The 4 projects are Spanky’s Bat-a-Swingby Green Flamingo; Basket Party in Orbital games; Flagship by Magari and Gladiator’s Wheels of DreamBits Studio and will be presented by their teams on May 13 in the Farnese Chapel on the second floor of Palazzo d’Accursio.

The morning session will be attended by Rosa Grimaldidelegate of the Mayor to the ICC, Municipality of Bologna; Mauro FelicoriCouncilor for Culture and Landscape of the Emilia-Romagna Region; Giorgia BoldriniDirector of the Culture and Creativity Sector of the Municipality of Bologna; Marina Silverii, Dir. Operative ART-ER and Thalita MalagòGeneral Manager of IIDEA – Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association.

Instead in the afternoon they will be there numerous videogame projects of the national panorama, including cases of success e new releases.

The videogame projects of the first edition of Bologna Game Farm were selected last year through a public notice and have benefited from the acceleration path at the Serre di Art-ER at the Margherita Gardens curated by IIDEA. Here they benefited from expert mentoring Luca Marchetti e Gianluca Marani. They were also coordinated by Ivan Venturiand received a cash contribution of 30,000 euros each.
