The last publication of the Bravely Default series dates back only a few months ago, when Bravely Default 2 came out for Nintendo Switch during last February. In fact, Square Enix published the announcement trailer for a few hours ago Bravely Default: Brilliant Lights, which will be released for iOS and Android. The title will be free-to-play, with in-app purchases to get various exclusive items. Square Enix confirmed, via a press release, that the series has reached beyond 3 million copies sold (between physical and digital) since its first release for Nintendo 3DS back in 2012.
