Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 launch date revealed

According to Twitter expert @TheGhostofHope, the game will be revealed by the studio next 30 Maggio. An indiscretion confirmed by other industry insiders, as well as by a series of particular movements on the game’s Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 could be really close to launch date. For a few days, in fact, the game’s Twitter and Instagram accounts have been “cleaned” of all old content, except for a black banner. An image that hides an interesting detail: if worked on Photoshop, in fact, it shows one of the most famous characters of the saga, Ghost. To confirm the secret of the banner is Tom Henderson, an insider active in the shooter industry, who first revealed that Activisione would release the game at the end of May. And to confirm his indiscretion, he shared the image he reveals on Twitter the presence of Ghosttaken from the black banner of social media accounts.

A second confirmation also came from the CharlieIntel portal, which worked on the image to clearly reveal the figure of Ghost. At this point, therefore, it seems quite official that the character will be featured in the new game, although we don’t know in what capacity yet. To understand what the news will be arriving we should wait for the game trailer. In the meantime, however, let’s be content to know that the title could finally be announced on May 30th.
