Dazn acquires Eleven Group and aims to expand into new markets

With an official announcement today, Dazn confirmed that it has acquired Eleven Group, a streaming platform specializing in sporting events. A maneuver that confirms Dazn’s intention to expand its sports catalog and approach new markets, such as the Asian one.

Eleven Group was founded in 2015 by Andrea Radrizzani, president of Leeds United. The platform operates in numerous countries around the world, holding television exclusives of various competitions globally. In Italy, for example, it has an agreement in place until 2025 with the Serie C basketball.

What does Dazn’s acquisition of Eleven Group mean?
