Death Stranding Director’s Cut: the price of the next-gen upgrade revealed

PlayStation UK has announced the cost of the next-gen upgrade of Death Stranding Director’s Cut, we talk about it in our article

A recent update of the official Twitter account of PlayStation UK announced that it will be necessary to pay £ 5 for theupgrade from the PS4 version of Death Stranding: Director’s Cut to version PS5 (which should probably translate into 5 euro). The news comes just before the game’s release and of course the next-gen upgrade will also be available on September 24th. Let’s see all the details about it in the next lines of this article.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut: the next-gen upgrade will still be cheaper than other Sony titles

The PS5 version of Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, and therefore theupgrade next-gen, will include support for “standard” features of Sony’s new flagship console: tactile feedback from DualSense and the haptic feedback of the adaptive triggers of the controller itself. This goes in addition to the general visual upgrades fans can expect from more powerful hardware like what PlayStation 5 boasts.

5 euro they are definitely better than 10, the latter is the amount Sony will charge for updates for its upcoming first-party titles like God of War Ragnarok and Gran Turismo 7. Horizon Forbidden West’s upgrade options were previously locked behind a definitive edition, which is was withdrawn after the backlash of fans for the decision. Anyone wishing to buy the game in its entirety will have to pay 50 euros.

A few days ago Hideo Kojima said he had worked hard on the last one trailer of the game, which has sanctioned the closure of the work on the re-edition of the title we are talking about. A few days ago, moreover, on Deat Stranding for PS4 there was also the possibility to transfer the saves on PS5 in view of the release of the updated edition of the great work of Kojima Productions.
