Disney Plus: Avatar 2 release date revealed in streaming!

We’re finally here: in the past few hours, Disney Plus has finally unveiled the release date of Avatar 2 on its streaming platform: let’s find out all the details together

Between budget and stellar durations, in defiance of its detractors, Avatar – The Water Way continues to be a stunning commercial success, almost as much as the first chapter which now dates back to when we were still young, beautiful and without white hair (the very distant 2009). James Cameron’s film confirms itself as a worldwide phenomenon and, after months of being in cinemas and its arrival in a digital version, the time has finally come to talk about Streaming.

In fact, we remind you that Avatar – The Way of Water arrived in Italian cinemas last December 14th and has since earned more than $2.3 billion. And after a long wait, Disney Plus has finally unveiled its release date on its streaming platform. We’ll have to wait just a little longer, because Avatar 2 will arrive on Disney Plus next June 7 in a complete version and expanded by extra content (those already announced for the digital version, to be clear).

Also starring at the 2023 Oscars, the film boasts actors such as Sam Worthington, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis and Kate Winslet in the cast. Set fifteen years after the events of the first 2009 film, the spotlight returns to Jake Sully, now fully integrated into her life on Pandora and permanently supported by his partner Neytiri.
