E3 2021: Square Enix annuncia la Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster

During the Square Enix Presents that was held in this E3 2021, the company announced the arrival of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, a collection of the first six great classics

The Square Enix Presents that was held during E3 2021 last night was mainly dedicated to Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Life is Strange: True Colors and Babylon’s Fall, which was finally shown with a gameplay trailer. This is not to say that there was no space for “minor” announcements, pass us the term, and an extended gameplay video of Final Fantasy Origin closing, the bomb of the evening. During the hour dedicated to Square Enix, however, the company also showed off a little gem that will please longtime fans of the Final Fantasy series.

The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster is a collection that wants to be a great return to the origins of the epic saga. The collection presented during E3 2021 will report, in an updated, revised and corrected edition, the first six chapters of the JRPG franchise. Even if we cannot actually talk about collection, as, at least according to what has been revealed so far, the six chapters will come out separately and not in a single package, which perhaps at this point will arrive only later. Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster: six great masterpieces return to the E3 2021 stage!

The chapters of the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster are expected, over the next few months, on PC and mobile devices (most likely both iOS and Android, although there is still no official confirmation). They will be simple remastered versions, which will therefore not modify in any way the original experience both from the point of view of the gameplay and from the aesthetic and graphic one. Another opportunity, in addition to those already existing, to relive six great classics of the industry. Especially Final Fantasy VI, which remains one of the unattainable masterpieces of the genre.
