eFootball Championship Open: among the winners also an Italian!

In the past few hours, Konami has disclosed the final results and the winners of the eFootball Championship Open and, among these, we also find our compatriot: let’s find out all the details together

It must be admitted: the start of eFootball’s career, the free-to-play turn that Konami has decided to undertake by setting aside PES, was undoubtedly at least disastrous. A merciless launch state was even more tainted by the lack of subsequent updates, which arrived far too late, however they managed to bring it back to an acceptable decorum at least. The rival of FIFA 22, in short, started in slow motion, but this does not prevent him from becoming, in the years to come, an excellent proposal for football fans tired of paying full-price titles annually.

The eFootball Championship Open tournament ended in the past few hours, a competition that put the best eFootball players from all over the world in the same (virtual) stadium, who competed in their specific region, divided by reference platform. The competition is amateur and entry to participate is free. The players have been divided into three specific geographic areas: Asia, Europe and Africa, America (North and South). Each region was then further broken down by platform, namely PlayStation, Xbox, PC and mobile platforms. Six players per platform, specifically two per region, were selected for the World Finals, which saw the best players compete in 1v1 matches. Among these, we can remember Muchait of Galatasaray, Gagliardo28 of AS Roma and Nezka, MVP of the tournament, of AS Monaco.

Let’s see together the winners of the eFootball Championship Open

The winners of the tournament, divided by platform, can be found in the list below. We are pleased to point out that the winner of the Xbox platform is xNaples17x, who commented on this:

I am really excited about this great experience. It was very difficult for me, because I played against very strong players, so the satisfaction is even greater.

The winners of the eFootball Championship Open are as follows:

  • PlayStation: Futefacil10
  • Xbox: xNaples17x
  • PC (Steam): Verdy_Takaki_
  • Mobile Platforms: ig_asgard_azizi
