eFootball PES 2022: Milan and Konami sign an important partnership

Starting from the middle of this year, AC Milan and Konami will kick off an important partnership: this is what it will mean for the team on eFootball PES

In recent days we have returned to talk about eFootball PES, also thanks to the new update promised by Konami in recent months and which should finally arrive over the next few days. The new edition of PES, which has taken a form further concentrated on eSport, bringing it to detach in a radically marked way from its previous chapters, it did not convince gamers in any respect during its launch period. The main reason was given byabsence of numerous promised modalities, in addition to a non-existent optimization and a host of bugs that were going to significantly undermine the gaming experience.

And despite Konami trying to put some patches on the most obvious problems, this did not however make happy the players who had purchased the title with a lot of season pass. Now the company seems to be about to take the situation back in hand, and in the meantime some important events have also been announced regarding Konami’s future projects. Among these, there is the partnership that would have been established between Konami and AC Milan, and which would lead the Milanese team to have important changes on eFootball.

Konami renews the appearance of Milan on eFootball PES

This agreement between Konami and AC Milan was announced through a press release in the past few hours, revealing how it is a multi-year contract which will also present several important innovations within eFootball. The partnership will officially begin to go from 1 July 2022, and among the aspects included are the rights regarding the use of the San Siro stadium, as well as that of the team with complete 3D scans of the players’ faces, the representation of the kits both away and inside the home, the third shirts, the goalkeeper and many other aspects. The implementation process of the various rights will begin during the summer of this year, and as per Konami agreement will assume the role of first “Official Training Wear Partner” in the history of football clubs.

What does this mean? Well essentially the men’s team training kit will have the eFootball logo on the front, and will be shown in the coming months along with the rest of the partnership details. The president of Konami’s European section, Naoki Morita, commented on how the company is delighted to be able to work with AC Milan, and it is said happy to be able to assume the status of Principal Partner of the Club, also having the possibility of having the logo on the training kit. Casper Stylsvig, the team’s Revenue Officer, welcomes and welcomes back the Konami group, noting the potential this pact will bring to opening up new horizons.
