During an event organized by Bloomberg, Elon Musk is back on the Twitter acquisition. The operation is still in progress and to reach a positive conclusion it will be necessary to wait for the next developments and, above all, the resolution of 3 issues. Here are the details regarding Musk’s words.
According to as revealed by Elon Musk, there are several elements to be solved in order to complete the Twitter acquisition. In particular, Musk pointed out three aspects. The first is that of account fake. From the number of these accounts you can determine the actual value of the social network that its users need in order to monetize.
Then there is the question of funds needed for the acquisition. A part of these funds will be guaranteed by bank loans but the aspects to be filed are still different. We will then have to wait for theshareholder approval who will be called to vote on Musk’s proposal between the end of July and August. Only if these three elements are resolved in the right way will it then be for Musk to complete the acquisition of Twitter.
The next few weeks will therefore be essential in order to clarify the issue. Musk is approaching the acquisition of the social network which, however, will only take place if all the conditions are met. It will be necessary to wait until the near future to find out more. In the meantime, of course, Musk will continue to talk about the project and what could be the future of the social network over the next few years.
