May 4th means only one thing: May The 4th Be With You. It is in fact Star Wars Day, the day in which George Lucas’ iconic film franchise is celebrated. Fortnite will also join the celebrations, which for two weeks will celebrate Star Wars with events, skins, cosmetics, lightsabers and themed items.
Let’s start by saying that until May 17th It will be possible to purchase the new themed skins from the in-game store. These include the following dresses: Imperial Stormtrooper, Kylo Ren, Zorii Bliss, Finn, Rey, Sith Trooper, Boba Fett, Fennec Shand and Krrsantan. Then the inevitable spade laserwhich come back into play in four different colors, and which can be used to tear apart enemies.
At the Stormtrooper checkpoints it will be possible to find the fucile blaster E-11 and accept specific training missions. These tasks include: “Confiscate a landspeeder vehicle” and “Use a lightsaber”. The missions will obviously give access to bonus experience points. Completing 5 will give you one banner of the Empire.
Not yet confirmed the presence of Dart Flashlight. The character has not been added to the new update, but a player on the net has discovered a folder called “CH3S3 VADAR”, suggesting that the Sith Lord may appear in the next chapters of Fortnite.
