In addition, the new navigation functions allow you to move easily in all environments. Among these it stands out TrackBack, a feature that guides the hiker on his own steps, to return safely to the starting point. In the event of an emergency, users can activate an interactive SOS message. This will be delivered to the International Emergency Coordination Center active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The possibility of associating inReach Mini 2 with other Garmin devices should not be underestimated (about 80 smartwatches, nautical chartplotters, on-board navigators and aeronautical systems). The device is also compatible with the app Garmin Explore Mobile, designed for outdoor lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
