Iliad has just announced the introduction of a new tariff plan dedicated to mobile users, called Data 300which as the name suggests inserts the monthly threshold a 300 GB for monthly data traffic. This new rate can be activated from the official website of the telephone company and will be available until next May 10th.
This new offer costs money 13,90 euro and is therefore configured as the most expensive of the entire Iliad offer and moreover it does not include the inclusion of SMS or calls, only data traffic. Furthermore, it cannot be activated by those who are already an Iliad customer e does not provide for the use of 5G. Despite this, the offer is interesting when compared with competitors.
In this regard, Iliad has published a table, to show the difference in terms of cost / GB with its main competitors in the sector, or TIM, WindTre and Vodafone. As you can see, the offer remains the cheapest of the four, although some of these are actually of lower cost, but at the price of much less GB available.
It is not particularly surprising to discover that Iliad is waging this war to the downside, given that it has always aimed to establish itself on the market through a policy of total transparency made up of more affordable costs than its competitors. It remains to be understood how the operator’s fixed offer will evolve, which for the moment contemplates an offer that is still very basic.
