Intel at Computex 2021, announced two new products in the Intel Iris Xe 11th Generation Intel Core processor lineup

“The best processor in the world for PC portatili thin-and-light Windows is further improved ”, with these words the manufacturer from Santa Clara Intel presents its new Intel Iris Xe solutions and more at the Computex 2021 event.

Password Intel Wi-Fi 6 / 6E (Gig +) and Intel 5G Solution, the new 11th-generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics are the foundation of a 360-degree PC experience. Intel with the announcement two new products in the 11th generation Intel Core processor line, introduces products suitable for co-planning work with suppliers of software indipendenti (ISV) and manufacturers of original components (OEM), they allow to consolidate its leadership in mobile computing with thin-and-light laptop processors in a Windows environment. Intel also unveiled the first 5G product, Intel 5G Solution 5000, which follows the previously announced collaboration with MediaTek e Fibocom.

Intel: The new 11th generation Intel Iris Xe CPUs are official

We’ve taken the world’s best processor for thin-and-light Windows laptops and further enhanced the user experience with the addition of our two new 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics. We know that performance and connectivity in real situations are critical to our partners and the people who rely on their PCs on a daily basis, which is why we continue to add features to the platform and offer more choice on the market with the launch of our first 5G product for PC: Intel 5G solution 5000

Commented Chris Walker, Intel corporate vice president e general manager, Mobility Client Platforms.

Intel made it clear how important the growing demand for features that support work and home study determined by the pandemic has shown how mobility, performance and connectivity are essential for a positive PC experience. And that, with the emergence of a trend towards work, study and play in hybrid mode, advances in mobile computing reflect the new ways and places in which people use their devices. 11th Generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics: with the addition of Intel Core i7-1195G7 and Intel Core i5-1155G7 processors, the 11th Generation Intel Core processor family continues to deliver productivity in real-world situations, in addition to collaboration, creation, gaming and entertainment functions in thin-and-light laptops.

The Santa Clara manufacturer has identified some key points for which new processor solutions should be framed, and they are the following;

  • They feature frequencies up to 5 GHz in thin-and-light mass consumer products – an industry record.
  • They offer up to 25% advantage in overall application performance compared to the competition
  • The number of products available with Intel Wi-Fi is increasing 6 / 6E (Gig +).
  • They allow the ISV of optimize with transcoding up to eight times faster and video editing up to two times faster than the competition.
  • They return an exceptional gameplay a 1080p on new and established titles like Valheim, with frame rates up to 2.7x faster than the competition.

For the end of the calendar year Intel expects more than 60 products based on Intel Core i7-1195G7 and Intel Core i5-1155G7 with laptops manufactured by Acer, ASUS, Lenovo and MSI available already this summer. Nearly 250 processor-based products Intel Core U-series of the eleventh generation are scheduled for the winter holiday period. About Intel’s constant innovation: Intel’s innovation and leadership with the 11th Gen Intel Core family and products Intel Evo certified they are reinforced with advanced storage and connectivity technologies that are essential for an ideal PC user experience.

The Wi-Fi 6E is the most significant upgrade of the last 20 years in the field of Wi-Fi for consumer products and Intel unveiled the first Wi-Fi 6E solutions for the PC market in early 2021. Selected products based on Intel Core 11th generation will strengthen this leadership with products Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) which offer gigabit + speeds, lower latency and higher reliability thanks to unobstructed Wi-Fi signals in the new 6 GHz band.

By combining 11th Generation Intel Core processor-based platforms with 2nd Generation memory Intel Optane H20 with recently launched solid-state storage, you can accelerate commonly used features, from everyday applications to managing large media files, gaming files and applications, with new levels of responsiveness and large storage capacities.

SSDs with Intel Optane memory are the fastest and enable the launch of applications such as Adobe Photoshop up to 49% faster. Intel also continues to improve the PC experience beyond performance. Thanks to a combination of technologies related to the e When optimizing systems, Intel Evo certified products are co-designed to ensure improved response times, long battery life, instant reboot and exceptional connectivity.

More than 85 Intel Evo products from the most important OEM between Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI and Samsung, and Intel plans to certify more than 100 products from 15 OEMs by the end of 2021. Intel has partnerships with a ecosystem of 150 partners to create an advanced mobile PC offering and expects to invest more than $ 50 million in innovation in the Intel Evo ecosystem this year.

Intel 5G Solution 5000: Intel presents its first solution 5G M.2 certified by telecommunications companies worldwide. Intel 5G Solution 5000 delivers nearly five times the speed boost achieved by Intel Gigabit LTE anywhere.

Intel has also entered into a partnership with MediaTek to define, develop, certify and support 5G modem solutions for next generation PCs, and with Fibocom to provide 5G M.2 (FM350-GL) solutions. The combination of fast 5G connectivity and Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig +) enables an optimal user experience operating seamlessly on any type of network. While Intel sets new standards for mobile PCs, Wi-Fi and 5G remain the backbones of pervasive connectivity in response to the future needs of users.

Intel 5G Solution 5000 is the result of two recently announced collaborations with ecosystem partners, China Mobile, HP and MediaTek and DoCoMo and HP, with the aim of proposing a new generation of fully connected PCs.
