iPad 10: Touch ID will be on the power button

Renderings shared so far have always shown an iPad 10 with the traditional Home Touch ID button in the bottom bezel, but the Mac Otakara portal suggests that Apple’s new device may have an entirely different design. The Touch ID power button, in fact, may be on the edge top of the chassis, just like in the latest iPad Air and iPad mini models. And that’s not all. According to the report, the FaceTime camera could be positioned in the right frame of the device, so as to allow it use horizontally. The reason? It would appear that the Center Stage function by Apple, which allows you to keep a user centered within the frame during video calls, work better when an iPad is placed in landscape orientation. And the new position would be perfectly suited to this need.

Despite the addition of these details, it would seem that the original renderings accurately showed the overall dimensions of the new iPad 10. Apparently, in fact, this could arrive on the market with the equipment of a 10.5-inch display, significantly larger than the current iPad 9 – whose screen measures 10.2 inches -.
