Father and son. Legend and rising star. Beats by Dr. Dre today unveiled their new Beats Fit Pro headset campaign with LeBron James and his son Bronny James. In the commercial, the two James compete on the basketball court while wearing the new Beats devices.
The spot – which you can find below – made its debut on Monday 17 October, on the official Beats social channels, just in conjunction with the new NBA season. The campaign is also an opportunity to officially introduce Bronny James, currently basketball player in the US university league, into the great Beats family. The eighteen-year-old thus officially becomes the brand’s ambassador, as well as his father.
In the official Beats press release, the campaign is described as follows:
“The commercial brings to life the contrast between two different eras. As LeBron prepares to practice listening to one of his favorite genres – classical music – an energetic Bronny unexpectedly catches his bounce, blasting an unreleased track by the rapper and artist. SoFaygo. The challenge between father and son continues, showcasing their personal play style while wearing the true wireless headphones Beats, Beats Fit Pro and Beats Studio Buds ”.
