Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: here is the new story trailer

Eidos-Montréal has released a story trailer that gives new details on the cosmic adventure of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Set a few years after an epic conflict known as the Galactic War, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy invites players to don the rocket boots of Peter Quill to lead his band of mercenary heroes in disarray on a fantastic adventure to the four corners of the cosmos to find glory, wealth and a way out of the last trouble they have been in.

In the new trailer, the Great Unifier Raker accompanies Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket and Groot to the Universal Church of Truth, where the Guardians witness a disturbing ritual under the eyes of the mysterious Matriarch. The Great Unifier Raker argues that the Matriarch wants to share with them a great truth, capable of putting an end to all pain and suffering.

As always, when the Guardians are involved, things immediately turn bad and our heroes mysteriously find themselves half a galaxy at their heels. The Guardians will have to bring out the best in themselves to be able to save the galaxy. The video features characters such as the xandarian Uni-Mind and Cosmo, the most beloved Russian telepathic space dog in the galaxy.

The events of the trailer move to the rhythm of the new Star-Lords exclusive track, titled “Space Riders (With No Names)“. In the Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy universe, Star-Lord is the name of Peter Quill’s favorite rock band, as well as the origin of his legendary nickname.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy sarà disponibile per PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC e in streaming con GeForce NOW il October 26, 2021. The game is also coming to Nintendo Switch in the cloud version in some regions, again starting from 26 October.
