Insomniac Games has declared that the map of the new Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be twice the size of that of the previous chapter

Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of the games for sure Sony most successful and obviously now fans are eagerly waiting to get their hands on second chapter. Not too long ago we got to see the new title of Insomniac Games in action thanks to a long gameplay sequence and apparently now more and more information about it is cropping up. In fact, the company recently stated that the map of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be twice the size of that of the previous chapter.

The Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 map will be as large as it is varied

In the first Marvel’s Spider-Man players had the ability to move freely within Manhattan but apparently in the second chapter will be able to visit too other districts. Insomniac indeed stated that in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 you can also reach Queens and Brooklyn, making the map actually large twice as much as in the first chapter.

Apparently, however, the map of the new Spider Man game will not just be bigger but it will also be more varied. In fact, the new districts that can be visited will be smaller and more residential compared to Manhattan and to cross them you will have to rely mainly on the new ones cobweb wings. It also seems that the developers have also included some in the game unexpected suburban sequencessuch as one battle on the river which divides two districts.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be available exclusively for PS5 during 2023.
