McLaren Racing has announced a new partnership with Medallia, a world leader in experience management. Medallia will be Official Feedback Partner of the team for the 2022 Formula 1 season. The partnership aims to ensure an improvement in the experience of the team’s fans and racing team.
Starting with the last United States GP, Medallia started using a suite of software solutions designed for capture the signals and feedback from fans and the racing team. In this way, the team will receive useful information for next season. Note that Medallia will also sponsor McLaren Racing with the branding that will be affixed to the top of the racing car chassis this season. Furthermore, from 2022, the brand will be on the rear wing and on the helmets of the pit crews.
