National Youth Card: Monclick is an official partner

Monclick, the e-commerce site specializing in the online sale of technology products, is among the first Italian companies to “marry” National Youth Card. An innovative and completely digital projectpromoted by the Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service, thanks to which young people – between 18 and 35 years of age – reside in Italy can access goods and services, taking advantage of favorable conditions by the partners of the initiative.

Monclick, as many important realities in other sectors have done, such as culture, mobility, sport and training, has decided to support the ministerial initiative since its debut, developing an ad hoc e-commerce portal in which Card holders can purchase a wide range of Samsung products, discounted up to 20% off the list price.

The offers (which currently involve smartphones, smartwatches, tablets and notebooks) will be constantly updated, embracing an increasingly broad catalog both from the point of view of the product categories and the brands involved. In fact, born from the partnership with Samsung, the project is open to the collaboration of all hi-tech companies that want to make their contribution to the National Youth Card.

How does it all work?

Having access to discounts is simple and immediate. The first step involves activating the Card, which can be requested free of charge through the IO app (accessed via SPID or CIE) in the Portfolio section, by pressing “Add” and then “Discounts, bonuses and other initiatives”.
Once all the steps have been completed, you can then proceed immediately with the purchases: just select Monclick under “Telephony and Internet” or “Home” in the list of partner companies divided by categories, to be automatically directed to the online shopping platform with available and active discounts.

“We are really happy to take part in this ambitious project which, by joining the European Youth Card Association circuit, allows us to work alongside other European partners to promote a better quality of life for the younger generations”, stated Massimo Visone, Monclick Sales & Marketing Director. “Technology certainly plays an important role in the path of personal and professional growth, but it can be costly. Through the facilitations of the National Youth Card, we want to give the opportunity to millions of young people who are still studying or who are entering the world of work to equip themselves with adequate technological tools to carry out their daily activities “.
