Nissan X-Trail: here is the special Salomon version

Styling elements, roof bars and two Salomon Prolog70 travel bags, available for the Nissan X-Trail N-Connecta and Tekna trim levels

Nissan X-Trail, the largest in the Nissan crossover range, now available in the special Salomon version, exclusive to the Italian market and designed to enhance the adventurous character of the car. Set-up based N-Connect e Tekna of X-Trail, the Salomon version is characterized by:

  • chrome mirror caps and lower tailgate trim,
  • roof cross bars,
  • set of two Salomon Prolog70 travel bags with a capacity of 70 liters, with retractable shoulder straps, padded back, shoulder strap and consisting of two separate waterproof compartments,
  • Salomon badges on the outside and inside.

News also in terms of digital technologies, thanks to new Navigation System e Infotainment A-IVI, equipped with voice commands and integration Apple CarPlay e Android Auto.
Navigation functions are enhanced with real-time traffic information, over-the-air or USB map updates and navigazione Door-to-Door. This last function shows the entire journey from the starting point to the final destination, including the stretches to be covered on foot that are reproduced on the customer’s smartphone.
The new A-IVI system, standard on X-Trail starting with the Acenta version, also has a new graphic interface and a new configurable display, which make it easier to access and use the functions, improving the quality of the digital experience in the car.

Space on board, 7-seater option, 4WD, comfort and safety technologies and the Salomon kit make Nissan X-Trail the ideal car for families who love adventure and outdoor excursions .

The range of engines, gearboxes and traction systems are able to satisfy every type of customer need. The 150 bhp 1.7l dCi is available in 2WD and 4WD versions, with six-speed manual gearbox or Xtronic CVT automatic. The 160hp 1.3l DIG-T petrol is a 2WD mated to the DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Safety Shield supplied for each set-up

In terms of safety, the Safety Shield (security technology package), is standard on all versions of X-Trail starting with the Acenta version and includes: Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Recognition, Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Traffic Sign Detection System and Automatic High Beam Control.

Furthermore, with 1.7 dCi 150 bhp engine and X-Tronic gearbox, the fittings N-Connect e Tekna can be equipped with ProPILOT, Nissan’s technology that offers driving assistance during steering, acceleration and braking, active on a single lane on the motorway and optimized for use in high traffic or high-speed driving, which consists of:

  • Intelligent Cruise Control, which maintains the set speed and distance from the vehicle in front,
  • Lane Keeping System, which keeps the vehicle in the center of the roadway,
  • Traffic Jam Pilot, which allows the vehicle to be decelerated, stopped and restarted automatically.
