Ocean Plastic Mouse with recycled components: now available in Italy

It lands on the Italian market Ocean Plastic Mouse, which we told you about in our article dedicated to new Microsoft products. The device is a fully eco friendly Bluetooth mouse, compatible with Windows 11 Home / Pro and Windows 10/8. The mouse consists of the 20% from recycled plastics recovered from the oceans. An important turning point in materials technology and a small step forward in the journey towards sustainability already undertaken by Microsoft.

Specifically, the mouse is made up in part of plastic waste recovered from the water. These are cleaned and transformed into recyclable plastic resin granules, which are mixed during the development process of the materials that will produce the mouse shell. In addition, the the packaging used is totally plastic-free and was made with recyclable wood and natural sugar cane fibers.

The device is available on the Microsoft Store for the price of 27,99 euro.
