Over 20,000 Italian SMEs sell their products through Amazon

Amazon confirmed the numbers describing the involvement of Italian SMEs on the store. According to what the company revealed, 2021 was a record year for SMEs which registered truly significant numbers in our country, in terms of sales. Here are the details:

Amazon formalizes the numbers of Italian SMEs that sell their products on the store

According to what emerges from the new 2022 Report on Italian Small and Medium Enterprises, over 20 thousand Italian SMEs use the Amazon store to sell their products. In addition, more than half of the SMEs export their products with a total turnover of around 800 million euros. This figure is up by 25% compared to the results of the previous year. It should be noted that around € 60 million was registered outside the EU. The Amazon project has created around 60,000 jobs according to data released by the company.
