Realme: GT Neo5 presented with 240W fast charging

Realme presents the world’s fastest 240W charger in China, soon arriving on the global market thanks to the new realme GT 3

Realme officially presented its new flagship, realme GT Neo5, in China today. GT Neo5 will be the world’s first mass-produced smartphone that supports 240W fast charging, currently the highest charging power in the industry. realme GT Neo5 it has also adopted a transparent RGB lighting system on the back, a unique formula in the sector that represents the union between design and technological innovation.

Francis WongCEO of realme Europe, also confirmed that 240W fast charging is coming to the global market soon, with the next realme flagship, realme GT 3.

Realme GT Neo5: the first 240W fast charge

With fast charging as the selling point of the product, realme GT Neo5 takes the charging power to the max with its 240Wthe fastest in the world according to the standard USB Type-C. Charging 10 times faster than 8 years ago, with just 30 seconds of charging, realme GT Neo5 supports two hours of continuous phone calls. In addition, realme GT Neo5 is equipped with three industry-leading charging technologies: 240W fast charging architecture, the first customized charging cable from 12A and the world’s first 240W dual GaN mini-charger.

realme GT Neo5 is equipped with an ultra-thin electrode battery of 4600 mAh 10C. It is also the first smartphone with charging power over 200W to be certified by TÜV Rheinland on battery longevity. It offers over 80% battery capacity after 1600 charge cycles, double the market standard. The certification also includes over 60 levels of protection to ensure a completely safe charging system.

Realme GT Neo5: Exquisite interface design

On the design front, the new smartphone stands out with a bold pulse-transparent RGB lighting interface on the back. With groundbreaking innovation in color, material and workmanship, realme brings gaming’s iconic transparent RGB design to a smartphone. The performance is now fully visible: through the transparent window, users can see a metal plate for the processor with a custom logo, a part of the motherboard, an NFC sensor and a RGB lighting ring C-shaped

The highly customizable lighting system makes GT Neo5 a fun product to use. Whether it’s for charging, gaming, notifications or more, the lighting system can be customized with tons of lighting effects. In addition to the lighting system, realme GT Neo5 has also adopted a proprietary coating technology to combine two completely different finishes, matte and glossy, into one shell. The company has also combined several elements of translucent glass, black coating on a glossy surface, AG matte finish and mirror texture on a single smartphone, achieving a unique aesthetic and exceptional grip.
