Samsung Built-in Master: new service for kitchen sector partners

BiM (acronym for Built-in Master) is the new service launched by Samsung Electronics Italia last November. Thanks to this service and to a team of professionals specialized in built-it, the company makes a Premium support service. Here are the full details.

Built-in Master – BiM is born: Samsung’s premium service for the kitchen sector

With the BiM project, Samsung goes to support the network of technicians in the area by offering specific and vertical knowledge on built-in products. This is an important step forward in the Samsung offering, which now offers even more comprehensive support to specialty stores and kitchen shops, with many benefits for customers.

Samsung’s service coverage extends to all Italian regions. The points of sale can thus count on rapid interventions by the operators. It should be noted that each specialized Master will have a one to one relationship with the shops entrusted to him, guaranteeing an even more complete and efficient after-sales service.
