Samsung is the soundbar market leader for the ninth consecutive year

Samsung Electronics was recognized as a leader in the global soundbar market by market research firm FutureSource Consulting. A recent report, released on February 28, confirms Samsung’s dominance of the phone market soundbar for the ninth consecutive year. It highlights how the Korean company has 20.2% of the market share and accounted for 18.4% of the industry sales volume in 2022.

Samsung soundbars, including the top-of-the-range line of the Q series, are expertly crafted and optimized for powerful, immersive audio quality. They boast increased TV compatibility and a sleek, modern design. Features like SpaceFit Sound they have been praised by customers and critics for the ability to calibrate sounds according to the acoustic properties of each space, in order to have tailor-made sound experiences.

That’s why Samsung soundbars have impressed industry pundits and critics. Among them AVForums, which selected the HW-Q990B as the winner of the award “Best in Class” in 2022, and Newsweek, according to which “the HW-S800B offers extraordinary, room-filling sound” in an extremely compact format.

Samsung’s HW-Q990C is the flagship soundbar in the Q series with an outstanding 11.1.4 channel configuration and Dolby Atmos audio. This ensures perfectly synchronized sound through the TV and soundbar speakers.

According to FutureSource, the global soundbar market, with steady growth of approximately 5.7% over the past three years, recorded 23.16 million units sold in 2022, and is estimated to reach 26 million by 2025.
