In fact, starting today, users can report a problem to Instagram by shaking your phone while the App is open and active. This will cause a pop-up message to appear asking “Did something go wrong?”, Allowing you to respond by describing the problem encountered on the platform. By doing so, the application will immediately receive user feedback and will move to fix bugs as quickly as possible. “You can explain exactly what happened, how you ended up in that place and all the emotions and feelings you are experiencing, and we’ll have someone take a look at it.” So Mosseri described the new function.

But this is not the only news presented by the CEO of Instagram. The more interesting – and more awaited – functionality will allow users to remove single posts from a carousel of images / videos. To do this, simply click on the menu with the three dots, select “Edit” and tap the small trash can icon located in the upper left corner of the image you want to delete. The option will allow you to better manage your Instagram posts, thus avoiding having to completely delete a carousel after you have published it, in case you want to eliminate an error.
