Electronic Arts and BioWare have launched Legacy of the Siththe latest expansion of Star Wars: The Old Republic, continuing the 10th anniversary of the beloved and popular story-driven MMORPG that has given players around the world the opportunity to experience their own Star Wars story. Legacy of the Sith is the latest major content expansion, available to all subscribers, in an ever-evolving gaming experiencewhich features brand new narrative campaigns, the ability for players to customize their characters to an intricate level, and a host of updates that aim to make the game more accessible than ever.
To celebrate the launch of Legacy of the Sith and 10 years of Star Wars storytelling through action-packed CG trailers, BioWare e Lucasfilm Games teamed up on a new cinematic launch trailer that sets the stage for the expansion’s events. Legacy of the Sith launch trailer introduces a new Jedi padawan, Sa’har Kateen, who must face the traitor Darth Malgus and the events of his past to stop the Dark Lord of the Sith from taking his sinister plan to its next phase.

The story of Legacy of the Sith is based on the dynamic storyline of Star Wars: The Old Republic and the ongoing war between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, allowing players to advance level up to a new limit of 80.
Players will venture onto the aquatic planet of Manaan in a campaign to uncover the insidious plans of Darth Malgus – the game’s antagonist, whose secret plans could seal the fate of both the Jedi and the Sith. Legacy of the Sith also brings with it new collaborative missions, including a 4-player Flashpoint set in a ruined Sith fortress on the remote planet Elom.
