Star Wars: Ubisoft’s themed game will be presented this year?

A recent tweet from an insider would seem to suggest an announcement soon for the Star Wars game created by Ubisoft

It has been confirmed that several titles of Star Wars are in development at some of the game industry’s biggest studios, and it looks like we’re getting a lot of new concrete details about the open world game in development at Massive Entertainment, the studio of Ubisoft who created The Division. Star Wars: where is the development of the open world title of Ubisoft?

Confirmed under development in January 2021the themed game Star Wars of Massive (and therefore Ubisoft) would seem to be destined for a full reveal in the 2023or so a recent tweet from the creative director seems to suggest Julian Gerighty. Gerighty recently tweeted: “2023 is going to be a big year for us. Join the adventure”. The tweet was accompanied by an image of the Star Wars title, in case you’re unclear what exactly he’s referring to.

At the moment the details on the Star Wars title we are talking about are almost non-existent and, in addition to the fact that it will be a open world, nothing else is known. Shortly after the announcement two years ago, the game in question was said to be in an early stage of development. Massive Entertainment has also recently started looking playtester for the aforementioned project.

That said, some reports have claimed that the game may not come out before 2025especially since Massive Entertainment is currently busy on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandorawhich is expected to come out before April 2024 (and seems to have had its fair share of development problems, if available reports of it are reliable).
