Saints Row, Metro and other Deep Silver series will not be present at the Summer Games Fest, to announce the same software house a little while ago
The summer season is slowly taking hold and it is known, in the videogame world, for years now, the high temperatures and the first baths in the sea are combined with conferences and themed events in which the software houses present a bit what the future of the various annual videogame releases will be. L’E3, after the forced stop of last year, is back with great fanfare with many development studios and publishers who have already given their support (more information about it here).
Either way, the other big summer event will be the now popular one Summer Games Fest. Koch Media is one of the many publishers that will present titles for the showcase in question (with the confirmation of Back 4 Blood by Warner Bros.). There is a lot of speculation about what could be shown at the event, whether it be an announcement of any remastered TimeSplitters with Free Radical Design being reformed. Unfortunately, however, it has already been confirmed that Saints Row e Metro they will not be part of the event. Let’s see all the details about it in the next lines of this article.
Deep Silver, a subsidiary of Koch Media, made it clear on Twitter that fans won’t see Dead Island, Saints Row, Metro o TimeSplitters al Summer Games Fest and “in no other summer event”. The same software house will let fans know when it has news on the aforementioned series to share. The Koch Media conference will be held onJune 11th at 21:00 and Deep Silver “can’t wait to enjoy everyone’s reaction to their news.”
Our parent company @KochMedia_HQ is making an announcement as part of #SummerGamesFest on June 11th. To give you a head’s up, you won’t see Dead Island, Saints Row, Metro or TimeSplitters there (or at any other E3 2021 event). We’ll let you know when we have news to share.

Of course, there are other possible games that could make an appearance like Deep Silver Fishlabs’ Chorus, 1C Entertainment’s King’s Bounty 2, Chivalry 2 (launching June 8th), and more. L’E3 2021 will begin on June 12th and will end on June 15 with giants of the caliber of Square Enix, Ubisoft, Nintendo, Microsoft and Bethesda who will hold presentations (the latter two will present themselves in pairs).
