Bethesda has recently announced the new DLC of its MMORPG: so let’s see together the presentation of Waking Flame, the new DLC of The Elder Scrolls Online that promises various new contents, along with the latest big update

The Elder Scrolls Online (for friends abbreviated TESO or ESO) is one of the most active MMORPGs at the moment, becoming a huge success for Bethesda over the years. The reasons are soon said: in addition to being there perfect transposition of an Elder Scrolls in an online world, there are also exclusive features (not found in any other MMORPG) and the constant support from developers to make it so palatable. Well, after the release of the latest big expansion (you can read our review here), Bethesda has announced the latest new DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online, which will be called Waking Flame.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Waking Flame, release date, new features and updates

As reported by the official press release:

Things have calmed down after the events of The Elder Scrolls Online: Blackwood, yet the consequences of Mehrunes Dagon’s plans are still being felt. With its steadfast dominance, The Elder Scrolls Online: Waking Flame DLC will introduce two new four-player dungeons: The Dread Cellar and Red Petal Bastion.

This DLC is therefore presented as a kind of continuation of Blackwood, and promises these two new dungeons that will surely attract the attention of the players. In any case, for PC and MAC players there will be no waiting, as this DLC is already available. As for console players (and Xbox Game Pass), there will be a wait until September 8th to be able to play with it.

In the release it is also said that the players enjoy the news update 31, a patch to the base game that includes a series of bug fixes, performance improvements and additional content in general (such as homes and furniture available in the Crown Store). In general, these are mainly improvements for the console version, concerning HDR and dynamic resolution.
