The Sims 4: tricks and secrets when creating a sim that you may not know
Once you’re inside the character editor in The Sims 4, we can make a number of very detailed edits that have gone unnoticed by many users.
In normal mode you can increase or decrease the size of the character’s ears, but if you enter the detailed customization mode you can focus on increasing or decreasing the size of the earlobes. You can also change even the rotation and shape of the ears with this method.
- Leaving the ears aside, we are going to focus on the mouth, and that is that also in the detailed customization mode, we can change the depth of the corners of the smile or the lips of the character.
- Now we move on to the eyes, because we can create completely unique eyes on our character within this detailed edit, being able to drag, for example, the lower eyelid to the left or right to completely change the shape of the eyes and make them unique. Also obviously, you can do the same with the subject of the eyebrows or the upper eyelid.
- You can also grab the forehead in detailed edit mode to fully adjust the width of the bottom of your character’s face.
- You may not have known this, but you can also pinch the top of the nose to drag it between the eyes to create an equally unique nose.
- We can do the same with the back of the neck, where the nape is, so that your character has a unique neck that you have never seen before.
- If you find the right point, you can also change with this detailed edit up to the full profile of the character’s face, to do this, find a point on the forehead, near the eyebrows and drag it out or in.
- And finally, perhaps what you didn’t know is that you can also change the size of the feet to avoid the standard size that all characters wear.
