In a tweet posted on the @TwitterSpaces account, the social network announced an option that will allow followers to see if a user is listening to a Space in progress. The company claims this new option is one experimental functionality, which means it may not be available to all users.

“We are experimenting with new ways to help you discover more rooms. For some of you, on iOS and Android, if someone you follow is joining a Spaces room, you will see them at the top of your home. You can choose who can see your activities on Spaces via the settings. “

In fact, if you want your followers to see if you are listening to a Space or not, the new option is found in the Twitter privacy and security settings. A recent leak also suggests that Twitter wants to expand Spaces further, allowing users to listen to a Space again after it has finished.
