Will Oppo Find X5 Pro have a camera developed with Hasselblad?

A very first “live” image of Oppo Find X5 Pro, which reveals an unexpected collaboration for the camera: that Hasselblad. The Swedish photography-savvy brand started partnering with OnePlus to improve smartphone shots last year. And it seems it can continue to do so on Oppo smartphones as well.

In the coming weeks Oppo should present its new top of the range. Which after the success of the Find last year, promises to update the specs in all departments, ensuring another quality smartphone. But from the first leaked images of the device, a big news could come in the photographic department.

Indeed the user Abhishek Yadav posted two preview images of the device. The most interesting of which shows an inscription on the back of the smartphone: Hasselblad.

The glossy body of the smartphone shows the collaboration with the Swedish brand. And it rises in the camera bump, made from a single piece, which instead shows the words “powered by MariSilicon“. It therefore appears that Oppo worked closely with Hasselblad for smake full use of an artificial intelligence chipand all dedicated to the camera.

The photograph also shows the IMEI number, a unique identification of smartphones, which would confirm the fact that it is an Oppo device. Additionally, the photographs confirm that the MariSilicon chip will pair to one Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, with 12GB from RAM e 256GB internal memory.

From previous leaks, it appears that the device will have a screen QHD+ 120Hz LTPO 2.0 OLED, a battery of 5.000mAh con 80W charging e 50W wireless charging. The cameras should be two 50MP cameras of excellent quality and a telephoto from 13MP.

A top of the range in all respects. That with the collaboration with Hasselblad could also offer new options for mobile photography enthusiasts.
