The acronym of CES is “Consumer Electronics Show”, literally “show dedicated to consumer electronics”. So it is usually often linked to the market for mobile PCs, smartphones, tablets or other smart devices. Therefore, large hardware manufacturers usually present to the public their latest innovations in the world of CPUs and GPUs dedicated to laptops or other ultra-thin products.
