Elsewhere in Woitier’s Twitter response thread, users note that Microsoft’s strategy is to “let studios their creative freedom” after the acquisition. As regards the future acquisitions, Booty would have simply said that at the moment Microsoft cannot make a statement about it, but Woitier added that the thing “did not smell of a firm and definitive no”.
