Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, revealed the release date of the video game!

Through a press release, SEGA has revealed that the official video game of Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will arrive in the west, complete with trailer and release date

Sega is a great publisher who stands behind brands like Sonic, but which has also collaborated in the publication of the titles of Atlus, Persona 5 in the first place, but also the future Shin Megami Tensei V. Furthermore, as well as Bandai Namco, the company has a strong propensity towards titles deriving from particularly famous anime and manga. Through a press release, in fact, the company revealed that Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will arrive in North America and Europe on October 15th on PS5, PS4, XBox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC (via Steam). If you pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will be able to access the game starting October 13. The game is already bookable in the console versions and pre-orders will soon open on Steam as well.

The game is developed by CyberConnect 2 and will allow you to relive the most important moments of the Unwavering Resolve Arc and the Mugen Train Arc. The story tells of Tanjiro, a good guy who sells coal for a living and who, one day like many others, returns home to find his family massacred by a demon. His younger sister Nezuko, the only survivor, has been transformed into a demonic being. Despite the trauma, Tanjiro decides to become a “demon slayer”, to find a way to bring his sister back to normal and take revenge. Demon Slayer video game finally has a western release date!

In the game you will be able to compete in the arena, mastering all the spectacular skills of the characters’ roster, including Tanjiro and Nezuko. The action reaches its peak in battles against powerful bosses that will test the protagonist’s courage and your skills. Also, to increase the mouth water of Demon Slayer fans, the original cast of the English and Japanese dubbing is present.
