Surely the more expert Internet users will not have forgotten the golden age of Yahoo! Answers, the well-known question&asking portal that went crazy several years ago between hilarious answers and detailed explanations to complex problems. This now closed platform was a gold mine for anyone who wanted to ask or seek an answer and the Italian community was very large. Today other similar platforms are active, such as Quora, even if the Italian community hasn’t developed that much and the circulating language is mostly English. At this point you can begin to answer questions asked by others or ask your own questions. To ask a question you will have to think of a title and a description. Be clear and try to communicate exactly the topic you are interested in immediately, so it will be more likely to get an answer!

The search function it is very useful because it allows us to quickly find a topic or a question that may interest us. Even the questions must avoid being vulgar and inappropriate – this does not mean that certain topics cannot be dealt with, but that appropriate language must be used. In addition to good manners, questions should be formulated clearly. So you can’t ask questions with a too generic title like “question” or “help”. The title must always fully describe the topic you want to ask about. This also favors those who will then have to answer: clear titles and descriptions will certainly attract the attention of competent or interested people.

If the rules are not respected – read the rules carefully before starting to use the site – you will incur a disciplinary note. After 5 disciplinary notices, your account will be suspended for 24 hours. After 25 disciplinary notices, the account is permanently banned.
