Ford has officially unveiled thedefinitive edition of the third generation Ford GT. This is the Ford GT LM Edition 2022. The project celebrates the victory of the supercar at Le Mans in 2016 as well as the historic 1-2-3 podium obtained in 1966 by Ford, the only American brand to have triumphed in the famous 24 hours.
The new special edition will be made in 20 unique pieces and will feature a Liquid Silver lacquered carbon fiber bodywork with a choice of red or blue theme finish. There are 20-inch glossy carbon fiber rims with red or blue interior accents, titanium data and Brembo brake calipers with black lacquer.
Also note the dual 3D printed titanium exhaust with cyclonic design. Inside the passenger compartment there is no shortage of unique elements such as the carbon fiber seats with Alcantara upholstery, with the driver’s seat in the same color as the red or blue of the bodywork and the passenger seat in ebony. There are ebony-colored leather and Alcantara upholstery for the instrument panel and Alcantara is also back in the pillar and headliner upholstery.
