McCartney docuseries 3, 2, 1 on Disney + starting August 25

Starting August 25, the Star Original docuseries about the Beatles star McCartney 3, 2, 1 on Disney +

From tomorrow it will be available on Disney + by McCartney 3, 2, 1, the docuseries with its own protagonist Paul McCartney. We will see the artist together with Rick Rubin, historic producer, in a face to face in which they will retrace the history of the Beatles but not only. Emphasis will also be placed on his time at Wings in the 1970s and his solo career, which has spanned more than 50 years.

In this series, consisting of 6 episodes, we will witness an intimate chat between Paul McCartney and Rick Rubin about the composition work, influences and personal relationships that inspired the iconic songs that have been the soundtrack to everyone’s lives.

What do we know about McCartney 3, 2, 1 on Disney +?

In the 1960s, McCartney changed the world forever with the Beatles. But he didn’t stop there and continued to push boundaries as a solo artist, then with the Wings, as well as collaborating with numerous world-renowned artists. He received 18 GRAMMYs® and in 1997 was knighted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. His most recent album, “McCartney III”, was at no. 1 in the official UK rankings and at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart in the United States as of release in December 2020.

McCartney 3, 2, 1 is directed by Emmy® Award winner Zachary Heinzerling. The executive producers are McCartney, Rubin, Scott Rodger, Peter Berg, Matthew Goldberg, Brandon Carroll, Jeff Pollack, Frank Marshall and Ryan Suffern, while Leila Mattimore is co-executive producer. Endeavor Content is the production house along with MPL Communications Inc., Shangri-La, Film 45, Kennedy Marshall and Diamond Docs.
