No Gravity launches the postalmarket online application

The wait for the rebirth of Postalmarket it is very high. The historic paper catalog that ended up in Italian homes, a sort of Amazon before Amazon was born, will be on newsstands from autumn. But obviously the web will enter the project with force. The cloud e-commerce platform that will manage the sales is that of Storeden. As for the application for mobile phones, the project bears the signature of No Gravity, a Treviso start-up founded by Roberto Benetton, 33, from Castelfranco Veneto, and Tommaso Miotto, thirty, from Castello di Godego.
“We are proud to be able to participate in such an ambitious project as that of the relaunch of Postalmarket”, explains Benetton. “We have been working since the beginning of the year on the application that consumers will use to buy products from their mobile phones. It will be an easy-to-use virtual world, in which editorial content will also be hosted. But the absolute novelty will be the presence of videos with augmented reality that will be visible by pointing the mobile phone at the catalog itself “.

Mobile solution in Postalmarket

While waiting for that the Postalmarket App is available on mobile phone stores, for Benetton it is the consecration of a dream that becomes reality. The young man from the castle started his career as a developer in 2008, in an IT company. In 2009, with the release of the first iPad, he fell in love with Apple devices and from there the rush to improve on applications for business use in the mobile field, especially on iOS. In 2017 his first experience as an entrepreneur in the digital world that led him to collaborate with major Italian brands. Finally, in 2020 Benetton enters the galaxy of Project Moon, a tech company that believes in its abilities and decides to found with him the start-up No Gravity; a project in which his friend Miotto also joins.

“Our goal is to bring a mobile solution pushed from the point of view of the user experience and that can be integrated in any sector, from food to e-commerce, to retail”, explain the two. “Basically we want to bring today’s software, which is very often slow and cumbersome, to be used by everyone, with a simple and intuitive interface, used on the move via telephone.

We are concentrating on the world of fashion and food, two sectors in which we push a lot on quality and Italianness, and we believe we can also give great value to made in Italy software. This is why we invest a lot in research, especially from the point of view of design and user experience “. In a few months No Gravity grows, today it employs six people. Among the projects is also the ambitious one to bring the current Giarvis billing software to be able to support companies in the entire business process, not just the accounting one.
