The new video from The Medium illustrates the DualSense feature

Bloober Team presenta “The Medium – DualSense Overview“, A new video detailing how the PlayStation®5 version of the dual reality horror game increases immersion through the console’s next-generation controller.

“On PlayStation 5, we’re taking full advantage of the controller DualSense console to immerse yourself even deeper into the mystery of the Niwa Hotel. Our goal is let you hear Marianne’s reactions to what is happening while exploring and interacting with the game world ”- explains Szymon Erdmański, producer of Bloober Team.

The title will arrive on the PlayStation®5 on September 3, 2021. Following the successful global launch on PC and Xbox Series X | S on January 28, 2021, Bloober Team is thrilled to bring it to PS5 ™ to make the most of the DualSense console and controller hardware, offering gamers the unique experience of exploring two worlds simultaneously.

The Medium, the video game

The Medium is a third person psychological horror game that features innovative dual reality gameplay. The players will assume the role of Marianne, a medium with different psychic abilities, and they will explore the real world and the world of spirits alternately and simultaneously to uncover a dark mystery by facing disturbing secrets, sinister spirits and devious puzzles that only a medium can solve.

Players can pre-order the game on PlayStation Store, with a 10% discount for PS Plus members before launch. Players who pre-order the game will receive the original digital soundtrack (by Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski) and The Art of The Medium (digital artbook).

Also, Bloober Team and Black Screen Records are happy to announce that l’Original Soundtrack it will be released on vinyl and CD in October. Pre-orders are already available.

Bloober Team and Koch Media will bring the title to retail stores selected all over the world. The game will be released on September 3 on PC, Xbox Series X | S and PS5 ™ with The Medium: Two Worlds Special Edition available in select territories, which includes an exclusive steelbook, game soundtrack and artbook.
